Web Purchases: How can I request a refund?

Refund Policy for Stripe (Web) Purchases:

All subscriptions purchased through our website and processed via Stripe are non-refundable, as outlined in our Terms of Service. When you sign up, you agree that your plan will continue to renew until you choose to cancel.

You’re welcome to cancel at any time before your next billing date to prevent future charges. Your membership will stay active through the end of your current paid period, even if you cancel immediately.

We also send renewal reminder emails as a courtesy to help you stay on top of upcoming billing dates.

How to Manage Your Subscription:

If you haven’t already, please make sure to cancel your subscription to avoid additional renewals. Your account will remain accessible for the full duration of the billing cycle you’ve already paid for.
